Lipase from Fusarium solani: optimization of culture conditions, biochemical properties, and production

A Plackett-Burman factorial design with 15 experiments was conducted to evaluate the influence of seven factors on lipases production by Fusarium solani. The investigated were peptone, tryptone, yeast extract, calcium chloride, potassium phosphate, magnesium sulfate, and copper sulphate. Five fixed variables (cotton oil, pH, temperature, agitation, time) maintained as a response enzymatic activity. concentration sulphate had significant effect (p < 0.10) lipase studied consecutively through complete DCCR (central rotational compound design), optimize fungi F. After optimization using DCCR, maximum lipolytic activities 24.84 U/ml obtained use 10 g.L-1 3.50 chloride 0.50 1 phosphate 1% soybean oil. statistical model showed correlation 85.67% experimental data. biochemical characterization that enzyme has better performance at pH 7 temperature 40 °C, where 94.15% In this way, produced solani have potential for application in biodiesel production.
